Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement Juno Investment Partners B.V.

Juno Investment Partners B.V. ('Juno') must comply with European regulations on the accessibility of products and services. These regulations are laid down in Directive (EU) 2019/882, also known as the European Accessibility Act (EAA). In this statement, Juno explains how it complies with these regulations.

Would you prefer a verbal explanation? Please contact us. You can find our contact information at the bottom of this statement, under Feedback & Contact.

1. What does Juno do?

Juno manages investment funds. On its website (www.juno-invest.nl), Juno provides information about its services to clients and interested parties. It also posts documents it is legally required to share, such as the fund prospectus.

Juno also offers individual asset management, but only for professional clients.

At Juno, nothing is entirely digital. Subscribing to or withdrawing from a fund is always done via a paper form. You can request this form by phone or email, and return it by mail, email, or in person.

Our services are usually explained in person. This allows us to tailor the information to the client's needs, for example, how we deliver it. Clients receive monthly, quarterly, and annual information about the funds by email, but can also receive it by regular mail.

Although much of the information is not available digitally, Juno wants everyone to be able to use the information on its website effectively, including people with disabilities.

2. How does Juno make its information accessible?

To the extent the EAA applies, the accessibility requirements apply primarily to the information Juno provides to consumers via its website. This is stated in Annex I, Section III, part c of the EAA.

According to these rules, the website must:

  • be easily perceptible (e.g., text on the screen is legible),
  • be easy to use (even without a mouse),
  • be understandable,
  • be technically robust and logically constructed (so that everything continues to function properly).

These requirements are further explained in the European Standard EN 301 549. This standard, in turn, refers to international agreements on accessible websites, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Juno makes every effort to comply with the WCAG standards that apply to it. When creating and maintaining the website, Juno pays attention to, among other things:

  • clear text and good contrast,
  • the ability to operate the site with only a keyboard,
  • usability for screen readers,
  • a logical and clear page structure.

Juno already largely complies with these standards. For example, the information on our website is easy to read thanks to the chosen layout, you can easily zoom in to at least 200%, the information is quick and easy to find, and you can navigate the website using the keyboard.

At the same time, we see room for improvement regarding several standards. Juno will therefore continue to develop its website to improve accessibility. We also incorporate feedback from website visitors.
