Stan studied Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft and wrote his thesis at Shell. Ever since his student days, Stan has been closely involved in the management of his in-law’s family business in his spare time. This is where he first used his technical and analytical skills to build a database and his passion for data was piqued. After obtaining his MSc., he found the technical work space too static and decided to choose management consultancy at Hedera Consulting, where he mainly focused on data processing to mitigate risks and optimize processes. A few years later, he took these skills with him to DMFCO Asset Management, where he further immersed himself in data analysis and data systems. At DMFCO, he also oversaw the strategic transition to a new data system and built his own tools to make data more accessible and scalable within the company. Stan joined the Juno team in 2024. At Juno, he focusses on digitalisation and data optimisation, both for our CRM systems and at portfolio level.
