Rob met Frans at Henley Management College, where he completed his MBA in 1994. After a short stint at Robeco, in 1995 Rob became an analyst and European equity portfolio manager at Comgest in Paris. As a public funds and institutional mandates portfolio manager, one of his responsibilities was the Comgest Growth Europe fund. In his role as a partner and director at Comgest, Rob was also responsible for the development of the Comgest Group in both Europe and Asia. In 2007 he co-founded Comgest Benelux, while maintaining close contact with the teams in Paris and Asia. In the early years of Juno, Rob was a member of the advisory board and from 2019 Rob managed the Juno Continuation Fund which merged with the Juno Selection Fund in 2026. He will continue as portfolio manager until the complete wind up of the fund. After, he will rejoin Juno's Advisory Board.
