After completing her bachelor's in Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Lotte finished a master's in Econometrics at the same university. She followed this up with both an internship and a traineeship at ABN AMRO, which led to a role as equity analyst in the research team of ABN AMRO and later at ABN AMRO – ODDO BHF. In this role Lotte was responsible for analysing and following a concentrated portfolio of listed companies in the Benelux. She compiled extensive fundamental financial research reports and made recommendations to institutional investors. Lotte earned her CFA level I in 2019 and joined our team in 2022.
