After completing his Economics degree in Groningen, The Netherlands, specialising in value creation, Lennart began his career at Teslin . He started out with the fundamental analysis of small and medium-sized listed and private Dutch companies. It was not long before Lennart joined Frans's team, working on setting up Midlin, a European small- and mid-cap fund. Lennart, along with Frans, was responsible for analysing and selecting European businesses. It was soon obvious that the pair made a great team. Some time later, when Lennart decided to start his own fund, Frans was the first person he called. At Juno, Lennart focuses primarily on its management and he is also a portfolio manager for the Juno Selection Fund.
