Dora gained considerable experience in management positions both in the private and public sectors. After a management role at a communications consultancy, she moved to the COT Institute for Security and Crisis Management in 2008, where she combined her general directorship with board advice in times of crisis situations. From 2017 to 2021, she continued her career at Aon as managing director of Health & Benefits, focussing on health and income insurance and occupational health and safety services. After a year as Chief Transformation Officer at the paraDIGMA group, Dora started as a transition manager in mid 2023 for the formation of a single national cybersecurity organization at the Dutch central government. At Juno, she acts as a sounding board for management specifically on branding strategy, HR topics and the multi-year strategy.
