Casper's career started at IMC Asset Management and ABN AMRO in the field of structured products and balance sheet management. In 2012, he joined the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) where his interest in financial regulation sparked. As a supervisor, he was actively involved in the introduction of new regulations such as MiFID II and SFDR. After ten years, he left the AFM for a brief stint at KPMG Advisory and joined Juno as Risk & Compliance Director from November 2022. Casper studied Economics in Groningen and became a CFA charterholder in 2010. In 2021 he also completed the postgraduate course in Business Analytics and Data Science at VU University in Amsterdam.
