Instead of participating in one of the Juno investment funds, clients sometimes prefer a managed account when the investable assets are more significant. Following the decision in 2018 to hard-close the Juno Selection Fund for (additional) new investments from existing and new customers, Juno no longer accepts new managed account that are mirrored to the investments in the Juno Selection Fund (small and midcap equities).
However, managed accounts are still possible for new mandates that match the investment style of the Juno Continuation Fund (midcap equities). In that case, Juno becomes the discretionary investment advisor and independently carries out buying and selling decisions, following the current investments made in the Juno Continuation Fund. All this of course, within the bandwidth agreed with the client: the customer can choose to exactly copy the investment policy pursued within the Juno Continuation Fund, or add certain investment preferences. Please contact us directly for more information about managed accounts: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Juno Investment Partners was granted a license from the Dutch regulator, AFM, in January 2019 to act as an investment institution (‘beleggingsinstelling’). Under this license, Juno is also allowed to offer discretionary asset management.
