Juno Investment Partners works together with a number of professional service providers. We have chosen these parties for their specific expertise and extensive experience within their fields.

Custodian & Fund Administration

State Street Bank & Trust, founded in 1792 in Boston, is internationally active and has grown out to be one of the largest custodian banks in the world. Juno uses State Street’s services for custody of our clients’ shares as well as for the fund’s financial administration and associated performance measurements.

The participants’ interests are guarded by Capital Support, an independent service provider which dates back to 1899. Capital Support holds a licence granted by the Dutch Central Bank under the Act on the Supervision of Trust Offices (“Wet Toezicht Trustkantoren”) and has an extensive compliance & risk function.

Participants’ Administrator

Bolder Group (previously named Circle Partners), an internationally operating, independent service provider, administrates the participants’ register.

Legal Advisor

Van de Kamp & Co is an external advisor to Juno and works with them on legal compliance and regulations, AFM license and advice regarding the Juno funds and mandates.
