Paul (1944) brings much experience to Juno in the fields of accounting and finance. He has proven to be an excellent coach to new enterprises, and has a proven ability to stimulate them in their growth. He has over forty years of experience as a certified public accountant (1972). For over thirty five years he worked for Arthur Andersen, in both The Netherlands as well as Switzerland. Initially Arthur Andersen was a smaller player in the Swiss market, but under Paul’s management, the company grew to a number four position upon Paul’s retirement in 2001. Since late 2001 Paul has been closely involved in the establishment of a new venture, named Nature Squared. He is also a consultant to the executive boards of several larger multinationals in the field of financial restructurings and dealing with situations of mismanagement.
Dora (1971) advises Juno Investment Partners on the growth of both numbers of participants and assets under management. She also looks at our branding strategy. Dora has many years of experience in consultancy and management at various firms and large companies. She worked for twelve years at communication consultancy firm Zwart & Partners, including more than ten years as a board member. In 2008, Dora made the switch to COT, Institute for Security and Crisis Management, a full subsidiary of Aon Netherlands. As managing director, she was responsible for, among other things, integration within Aon, growth in the large nationals / globals segment and the international roll-out of crisis management. As of 1 September 2017, Dora has been appointed as managing director of Corporate Wellness at Aon. Here she focuses on the vitality of organizations and more specifically on the sustainable employability and well-being of the employee.
Sanne (1982) joined Juno Investment Partners early 2019 as Risk and Compliance Director. Prior to this, she gained 13 years of experience within the financial sector (ABN AMRO), including 10 years at the dealing rooms in Amsterdam and New York. After various roles in, among others, Business Management and Control and Institutional Sales, her interest was raised for the impact of laws and regulations on the financial markets during her role as Business Manager of the dealing room in New York. Since her return to the Netherlands in 2015, she has therefore devoted herself to European regulations for the financial markets, with MiFID II as the main focus area. Sanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen and an MA in Euroculture from the Universidad de Deusto in San Sebastian, Spain.
