Dora (1971) advises Juno Investment Partners on the growth of both numbers of participants and assets under management. She also looks at our branding strategy. Dora has many years of experience in consultancy and management at various firms and large companies. She worked for twelve years at communication consultancy firm Zwart & Partners, including more than ten years as a board member. In 2008, Dora made the switch to COT, Institute for Security and Crisis Management, a full subsidiary of Aon Netherlands. As managing director, she was responsible for, among other things, integration within Aon, growth in the large nationals / globals segment and the international roll-out of crisis management. Between 2017 and 2021, Dora was managing director of Corporate Wellness at Aon. At Aon, she focused on the vitality of organizations and more specifically on the sustainable employability and well-being of the employee. Since early 2022, she uses this knowledge and experience in her new role as Chief Transformation Officer in the board of the paraDIGMA group, an innovative and trendsetting group of collaborating companies with expertise in all areas of Sustainable Employability.
Klaas (1964) joined Juno Investment Partners in April 2022 as interim Director of Risk and Compliance. Klaas studied Law in Leiden and has almost thirty years of experience in the financial sector. The first twelve years in commercial roles after which he moved to the Governance, Risk and Control domain at Intertrust. Klaas has worked here for eightteen years in various countries, for instance as Group Director Risk Control and Transformation, Global Head Internal Audit and Global Head Compliance. For these roles, he has completed additional training in Audit, Risk and Compliance (Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist). To keep up to date, he is an active member of the Committee of Research and Education Advisors within the Global Institute of Internal Auditors.
